Meet Donna Ellis

Donna Ellis is the patient coordinator at Sound Hearing Care and a lifelong resident of Windsor. She brings over 20 years of office experience, and has been with us since the clinic opened in 2010!  Donna is instrumental in making every patient feel comfortable in our office and is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience from the first interaction whether on the phone, online or in person. She is the first face you see when walking in the door and you are always greeted with her warm smile and exceptional kindness.

Donna has extensive experience with not only appointment bookings, but also in the areas of insurance and government paperwork as well as funding approval processes. She is very knowledgeable about many aspects of amplification function in general, including their cleaning and maintenance – and can often remedy simple issues on the spot by cleaning or troubleshooting of the hearing aids – having them working well and often within minutes!  Donna attends seminars and workshops on a regular basis on topics such as general hearing aid function/maintenance, office and billing software and its smooth operation. as well as in the latest aspects of customer service!  In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending time with her friends and family – and especially running after her several young grandchildren! She loves to travel and is a particularly loyal fan of Walt Disney World!
