We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

We embrace all cultures and can provide services in Serbo-Croatian, Italian, French and Polish in addition to English!

Tina Stafferton

Doctor of Audiology

Tina is the owner and a Doctor of Audiology at Sound Hearing Care. A lifelong resident of Windsor-Essex county, Tina has been providing hearing healthcare to all ages in this area since 1999.

Diva De Benedictis

Doctor of Audiology

Diva De Benedictis is a Doctor of Audiology at Sound Hearing Care. She was born and raised in Lasalle and obtained all of her post-secondary education at Wayne State University.

Justyna Lorenc

Doctor of Audiology

Justyna is a Doctor of Audiology at Sound Hearing Care. She is an Ontario native and has also lived in Nova Scotia and Poland for several years.

Kristina Spencer

Audiology Assistant

Kristina is an Audiology assistant at all of our office locations, as well as a lifelong resident of Windsor. Coming from a previous career in interior design spanning over 20 years, Kristina now brings her kindness, creativity and extensive experience in customer service to the field of hearing healthcare.

Donna Ellis

Patient Care Coordinator

Donna Ellis is the patient coordinator at Sound Hearing Care and a lifelong resident of Windsor. She brings over 20 years of office experience in hearing care!

Jennifer Flick

Patient Coordinator

Jennifer is a patient coordinator at our Windsor location. Boasting over 25 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry in Windsor as well as B.C., Jennifer’s friendly smile is the first thing that greets all prospective and current patients that enter our doors!
