As I’m sure you’re aware, enhanced cleaning protocols have been put in place to decrease the transmission and spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. Your overall health is our top priority!
Here’s what we’re doing to protect you:
- We have taken additional cleaning precautions by wiping down surfaces frequently.
- the use of UV sanitation and sterilization of equipment.
- Your hearing care professional will wear a mask for your appointment if you prefer.
- The use of disposable gloves (non-latex) and other single-use accessories used in diagnostic testing, where possible.
- Office air filtration – two full air exchanges per hour, filtering out 99.97% of particles
- convenient drop-off and pick-up cleaning/minor hearing aid repairs – ‘curbside’
- Another option that may be available to you is our remote in-home programming. If you’re unsure if your hearing instruments can be adjusted remotely, call us and we’ll let you know.
- If your hearing instruments require batteries, we offer a few easy options for your convenience. You can purchase them from our office or we can mail them to your home.
